Weight Loss is a very serious topic in my life. I’ve experienced the trauma of being fat, unhealthy and it was very discouraging. Take time daily to go before the throne of grace and talk to God. Write out your emotions and wait quietly in His presence for guidance and direction and what ever you feel He’s saying to you, write it down.
